Bartender Says Customers Can’t Stop Ordering This Drink After The Masters. Most People Have Never Even Heard Of It

A bartender says customers are asking for one special cocktail following the 2026 Masters at Augusta National. While some might be resistant to the themed beverage, he says he welcomes it. Here’s how to order one.

In a video with over 678,000 views, TikToker Stellar_Sk8board (@stellar_sk8board) says he noticed an uptick in customers ordering the Azalea, which is named after the 13th hole at the Masters.

“If one more person comes up to me and asks for an Azalea or some other … Masters-themed drink…” he says, pausing briefly to make viewers think he’s going to call out his customers. “You know what I’m going to do? I’m going to make it for them.”

He says that he enjoys making themed drinks on request as part of his job as a bartender. On-screen text reads, “POV bartending during masters week.”

What’s In The Azalea Masters Cocktail?

The Masters Cocktail, dubbed “Azalea,” is featured on the official website as the signature drink of the golf tournament. And it’s surprisingly simple.

The ingredients are 1 1/4 ounces of vodka, 5 ounces of lemonade, and 1/2 ounce of grenadine. Just add a cherry or orange as a garnish, and you’ve got the Masters-themed cocktail.

Golf fans on the r/masters subreddit who tried the drink at home and on the course react to the beverage.

“Yes, I had my first one this year. It’s a perfectly refreshing and tasty drink. But it’s also very easy to make at home. So look up the recipe and enjoy!!!” one said.

Another said they weren’t a fan, writing, “My home course had them, spiked Arnold Palmers and pimento cheese sandwiches at the halfway house last weekend. They were ok. I’m just not a fan of grenadine.”

Others shared their own variations of the drink.

“The grenadine is a bit much. Cherry bitters seems to round it out a little better,” a commenter suggested

There’s even a virgin Azalea option. Another shared, “Substitute sprite for the vodka. You gotta add pineapple juice if it’s a real Azalea.”

Commenters Praise The Bartender’s Attitude

In the comments of the viral TikTok, viewers praised the bartender’s positive attitude about the unique drink requests.

“Oh hell yes. I will not be shamed for taking every opportunity to eventize my life,” one said.

Another joked, “The Bartender of Joy and Compassion.”

Damn, did this man just share the secret to having a successful shift in the hospitality industry,” a third remarked.

Other bartenders said they adopt a similar approach to trying new drink requests.

“Any drink I’ve never heard of – ‘if we have everything to make it, of course. Pull up the recipe for me while I help this next guest,'” a commenter wrote.

“Tiktok got customers scared to ask me to make an espresso martini. like baby thats an an expensive drink here id be stoked to make that and get tipped for it,” a second added.
