Something strange is happening in Northeast Ohio. There have been multiple Bigfoot sightings in the region since March. Local residents have also recorded large footprints and strange howls over that time.
In March, Bigfoot investigators reported on “an unprecedented cluster of activity” in Portage County, Ohio. There were “five separate, high-credibility” accounts of Bigfoot sightings over a 96 hour-period in the same region near Cleveland and Akron.
This week, new evidence tied to recent sightings in Northeast Ohio has been uncovered. Among that evidence are footprints measuring an estimated 17 inches long.
A new report from Fox 8 News revealed that local police have received “alarming 911 calls” about sightings of “a massive creature.” At least half a dozen reports were made in just a few days.
“I heard some weird noises over in the woods,” one woman who asked to remain anonymous told Fox 8 News. When she investigated, she found gigantic footprints in her yard. Sheriff’s deputies who visited the scene reportedly agreed that it was “strange” and even took pictures of the footprint.
Mike Miller, co-founder of the Ohio Nightstalkers Bigfoot Research Group, said he believes two large snowstorms in a single month may have flooded the Sasquatch’s habitat and brought it closer to civilization.
Miller also said he captured recordings of supposed howls that he claims don’t match any “known animal in North America.”
“Some of those screams pegged higher than a baboon on the spectograph, and that is evidence,” he said.
The Ohio Bigfoot sightings are now making national news
On Tuesday, the recent spate of Bigfoot sightings in Ohio made it all the way to the national TV show Fox & Friends.
During an interview with Todd Neiss, a Bigfoot eyewitness and founder of the American Primate Conservancy, he was asked the question skeptics have been asking for years.
“In today’s society, we literally have cameras everywhere, Todd. Why have we not been able to get a clearer picture of Bigfoot?”
“Number one, it comes down to us,” he replied. “They are just a very rare species. So if you look at dispersing a million cameras out in the wild, the odds of getting one to fall right through that picture zone are difficult.
