Florida Woman Buys Sam’s Club Chocolate Chip Cookie. Then She Takes A Closer Look—And Realizes How Close She Was To Danger: ‘Costco Would Never’

Officially, it is said that Sam’s Club Chocolate Chip Cookies can contain traces of nuts, even if the snack itself doesn’t contain them as a primary ingredient. However, on the nut side of things, one TikToker got more than she bargained for as she prepared to chomp on the confection.

The TikTok, which has garnered 986,200 views, consisted of a photo of TikTok user Avery Gohel (@yourfuturewife278) holding a cookie. A steel nut was lodged in the right-hand side of it.

Accompanying the image was on-screen text that read: “Thank God I’m not allergic to nuts!! Thank’s Sam’s Club!!”

In the video description, Gohel tagged Sam’s Club and added, “Sam’s Club please explain this.”

BroBible reached out to the TikToker via TikTok direct message, and Walmart via contact form.

People Advise Her To Lawyer Up

Some commenters were more flippant about the matter.

“Wouldn’t happen at Costco,” one commenter said with a shrugging emoji.

While a second quipped, “Packaging said may include nuts. Just didn’t specify which kind.”

And a third joked, “Did you happen to mention to them that you are iron deficient?”

Others encouraged the TikToker to take this matter seriously—especially after noticing that the official Sam’s Club TikTok account commented on the TikTok.

“Hello, thank you for reaching out to Sam’s Club,” the comment read. “Please send us a PM, we’re happy to help.”

“DON’T SPEAK WITH SAMS CLUB GET A LAWYER!!!” a fourth urged.

“DON’T ANSWER ANY OF THOSE DAMNED SAM’S CLUB DMS, I BEG OF YOU,” a fifth begged.

While a sixth added, “Walmart owns Sam’s Club so go ahead and call that lawyer.”

Are There Other Sam’s Club Food Mishaps?

As previously reported by BroBible, other Sam’s Club products have raised similar red flags among TikTokers.

For instance, Eze Miller (@ezemiller001) went viral after reviewing Sam’s Club lamb chops. In the video, which garnered over 640,700 views, Miller began by explaining that, when these lamb chops are on sale, he and his family buy them and freeze them for a later date.

However, what he discovered upon defrosting might put you off Sam’s Club lamb chops for life. “When I pulled the lamb chops off at 145 degrees,” he says, “Worms.”

As he said this, he showed users the tray—and the meat has multiple white strips coming out of it.

But the strangeness doesn’t stop there.

In another TikTok, user @thewhiteloaf pointed out something strange about the Member’s Mark Steak Strips. “The verbiage has me very concerned. Steak strips, beef snacks,” he explained. “Is there, like, some kind of legal thing preventing them from… saying that they are beef jerky?”

Based on this, the TikToker decided to give the food a miss.

“Beef snacks seems a little bit weird,” he admitted. “I don’t know if I want to put that in my body.”
