The Flash has turned out to be a catastrophic bomb for Warner Bros, as the film made just $55 million at the domestic box office during its opening weekend.

While the film is rife with issues, one element of The Flash that fans seems to universally love — whether it be due to superficial reasons or otherwise — is Sasha Calle’s Supergirl.

In fact, a selfie of Calle in her Supergirl suit that she posted to social media over the weekend not only went viral but had some movie fans deciding that maybe The Flash is pretty good after all.

Needless to say, Calle’s stunning selfie basically had fans changing their opinions of The Flash:

Calle, 27 years old, actually made her feature film debut in The Flash. Prior to that, Calle’s only acting experience was as one of the lead roles on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless. Following The Flash, Calle is also set to appear in the film On Swift Horses alongside Daisy Edgar-Jones, Jacob Elordi, Will Poulter, and Diego Calva.

Prior to The Flash becoming such a controversial piece of pop culture, Calle was responsible for one of the most heartwarming moments of the film’s production, as director Andy Muschietti recorded and shared her reaction to finding out she was being cast as Supergirl, a.k.a. Kara Zor-El.

In addition to Calle, The Flash also stars Ezra Miller as the titular Flash, Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck as Batman, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Ron Livingston as Henry Allen, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, and more. Given the response to the film and the disappointing box office totals, though, this might be the last time fans get to see Calle as Supergirl.
