A few weeks ago, a “50 Greatest Rappers Of All-Time List” went viral because it was so preposterous. Now Snoop Dogg, one of the greatest rappers of all-time, has given his top five rappers ever and it is a quality list.
Snoop D-O-double-G is getting ready to drop his newest album I Wanna Thank Me and is in full promotion mode. Snoop recently released the single Let Bygones Be Bygones.
Snoop appeared on Nick Cannon Mornings on Power 106 and was asked about his top five rappers of all-time, Snoop replied: “Slick Rick is definitely in there, Ice Cube is in there, Rakim, see that’s going to be a tough one between Big Daddy Kane, KRS One and then Snoop gotta be in there! Make room for Dogg!” That’s a quality top 5 as opposed to the garage list that went viral.
On May 17, 2017, Snoop Dogg appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! and named his top three rappers of all-time: Slick Rick, Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg.
