After recently being featured on the cover of Variety, Euphoria star Syndey Sweeney showed up to an event held by the publication wearing a revealing leather corset that’s been going viral on social media.
Sweeney, who most recently put forth a critically acclaimed performance in the Max original film Reality, was photographed in Los Angeles for Varietys’s Power of Young Hollywood event at NeueHouse Los Angeles on Thursday, August 10.

As mentioned above, Sweeney went viral earlier in the week for her internet-breaking photoshoot that saw the 25-year-old actress cover herself in ice cream, suck on a lollipop, and sit on a block of ice.
In Variety‘s feature interview with Sweeney, she also confirmed that she’ll be starring as Julia Carpenter/Spider-Woman in the upcoming Sony Spider-Man Universe film Madame Web, which is set to hit theaters in February.
Alongside Sweeney as Spider-Woman, Madame Web features Dakota Johnson in the titular role. Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, Tahar Rahim, Emma Roberts, Mike Epps, Adam Scott, and Zosia Mame are also set to star.
Sweeney is currently attached to a bevy of projects in addition to Madame Web, most notably a remake of the 1968 science-fiction film Barbarella, which starred Jane Fonda as the title character.
Additionally, Sweeney is attached to films such as the rom-com Anyone But You alongside Glen Powell — which is currently scheduled to hit theaters later this year — Immaculate, and Echo Valley. She’ll also obviously reprise her role as Cassie Howard in Euphoria, although it’s currently unclear when the third season will be making its way to HBO.
Beyond her breakout role in Sam Levinson’s teen drama, Sweeney’s film credits include Americana, The Voyeurs, Night Teeth, Nocturne, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, The White Lotus, Sharp Objects, and The Handmaid’s Tale.
