It almost seems like everywhere you turn these days when it comes to movies and TV shows you’ll find Sydney Sweeney.

Since she began playing Cassie Howard on the HBO drama Euphoria in 2019, Sydney Sweeney has been on the type of roll that most actors only dream of achieving.

From Euphoria, Sweeney has gone on to star in The White Lotus and The Rolling Stones’ music video for their single “Angry,” which she then turned into featured roles in the upcoming films Anyone But You, Madame Web, Eden, and Immaculate.

Now 26, Sydney Sweeney is sharing more about her life growing up in Spokane, Washington.

In a new interview with British Glamour, Sweeney revealed that she often wore oversize sweatshirts in high school because she felt uncomfortable with how much her breasts had developed.

“I went through that process of covering my body up at such a young age, but once I became more confident with myself, [it changed],” she said. “I want to show girls that it’s amazing and beautiful and empowering to have the bodies that we have.”

“When I was in high school, I used to feel uncomfortable about how big my [breasts] were and I used to say that when I turned 18, I was going to get a boob job to make them smaller,” Sweeney admitted.

“And my mom told me, ‘Don’t do it. You’ll regret it in college.’ And I’m so glad I didn’t.

“I like them. They’re my best friends. Everybody’s body is beautiful. When you are confident and you’re happy within is when it really shows to other people.”

Now she believes, “Flaunt what you got. Own it. Love them.”

Sweeney, in addition to her very busy filming schedule, is also dealing with preparing for her wedding to 38-year-old businessman Jonathan Davino.

Although, while Davino works as her producing partner and is, as she calls him in the Glamour interview, her “best friend,” when asked if they were engaged she replied, “No comment,” adding the caveat, “I definitely will get married one day.”
