A behind-the-scenes video of Sydney Sweeney filming one of her many controversial scenes in the third and final season of Euphoria has been released online. Sweeney and the Euphoria creators have been criticized for the outfits her character has been wearing to sell adult content online, specifically a dog and a baby costume.

This latest footage is a behind-the-scenes clip that sees Sydney Sweeney in a pink bikini on all fours on a poolside lounge chair, surrounded by a full film crew — cameras, lighting equipment, and production staff adjusting props on all sides — must of which are seemingly men above the age of 40.

As we’ve previously reported, Cassie’s Season 3 arc involves building an OnlyFans-style content creation career — a storyline that has generated more sustained controversy than anything else in a season that has not been short on controversy. Sweeney has consistently defended the material, saying she approached the season’s explicit content with intention and confidence in order to authentically portray where Cassie is at in her life. Creator Sam Levinson, however, has not publicly addressed the backlash directly.

“Cassie is very confident, she knows how to make money with her body. That’s just what Cassie does. Cassie doesn’t really have shame in it, she’s having fun, and she’s getting to be wild which — that’s just what she wants to do right now. I think that that’s her version of the American dream,” Sweeney said of her divisive Season 3 storyline.

Euphoria Season 3 continues Sundays on HBO until its series finale on May 31.
