Arguably no actress in Hollywood is having a hotter start to 2023 than Sydney Sweeney.
Having recently wrapped production on the high-profile rom-com Anyone But You, the 25-year-old Euphoria star has been making headlines in recent weeks due to some public displays of affection that she’s shared with her co-star Glen Powell.
Sweeney was turning heads once again on Monday night as the rapidly rising A-lister showed up to the Met Gala in a stunning outfit that immediately went viral on social media.

Whether it be genuine or a marketing ploy, the PDA between Sweeney and Powell has apparently had real-life consequences as reports indicate that Powell’s girlfriend Gigi Paris recently split up with him.
In addition to the Will Gluck-directed rom-com Anyone But You, Sweeney is also set to star in the upcoming HBO movie Reality, the thriller Americana, the horror movie Immaculate, and Sony’s 2024 Spider-Man spinoff Madame Web alongside Dakota Johnson, Emma Roberts, and Adam Scott.
Alongside those two roles, Sweeney is also attached to a bevy of projects such as Barbarella, Echo Valley, The Players’ Table, The Caretaker, and The Registration.
Prior to her breakout role as Cassie Howard in the hit HBO series Euphoria, Sweeney — who also featured in the first season of the network’s comedy The White Lotus — Sweeney was best known for her performances in projects such as Under the Silver Lake, Big Time Adolescence, Clementine, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Nocturne, The Voyeurs, Night Teeth, Pretty Little Liars, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Sharp Objects.
