Football season means tailgating season. Tailgating season means pigging out on the most delicious gameday grub. This is the kind of food that was meant to be paired with a cold one in between games of cornhole and last-minute fantasy lineup changes.
Here in Wisconsin, tailgating is not just a weekend activity; it’s a way of life. You could just show up with a pack of brats and buns and call it a day, but where’s the fun in that? This is the land of beer, cheese, and sausage! When we get invited to a tailgate, my fiancee and I make sure we come prepared. That’s why we’re having a blast making amazing gameday recipes using Eckrich’s line of smoked sausages.

$1M Challenge for Teachers
