‘The Mountain’ Hafthor Bjornsson Is Europe’s Strongest Man For The FIFTH Time

Hafthor Bjornsson is a literal and figurative big star in Game of Thrones as his role of The Mountain. While many would be enticed with the notion of being a TV star, Thor is as focused on dominating strongman competitions as he has ever been. That was evident this weekend when Hafthor won Europe’s Strongest Man competition.

Bjornsson, who plays the hulking bodyguard Gregor Clegane in Game of Thrones became Europe’s Strongest Man after displaying his strength in a variety of feats. Bjornsson, the behemoth from Iceland, finished with 35.5 points and defeated Mateusz Kieliszkowski from Poland by four points.
