The Sphere in Las Vegas continues to be the most viral entertainment venue in the world. A new video and/or image hits the internet every single day that seems to be even cooler than the one before.

U2 raised the bar with an official in-house video from their ongoing residency. Bono and his band began their five-month run at the end of September and will continue through early March.

They posted a mind-blowing music video for ‘The Fly,’ live from the Sphere, on Friday afternoon.

Even through a second-hand recording, the visuals from their show will scramble your brain. When the HD cameras aren’t focused on the performers themselves, a drone flies you throughout the venue and takes you on a journey to understand the full scope of the ocular experience that accompanies their music.

With a capacity of 18,000, the Sphere auditorium stands 366 feet tall and 516 feet wide. It is equipped with the world’s largest LED screen and a whopping 164,000 surround-sound speakers.

Not only are you immersed in the audio, but the spherical arena surrounds you with breathtaking graphics and illustrations. All of the images are displayed in 18K on a curving 270-degree screen, which is about the size of four football fields.

Elon Musk swung by Las Vegas at the end of October. He called the venue, and U2’s concert “exquisite beyond words.” Everybody who has experienced the Sphere seems to agree.

A similar video of ‘Zoo Station’ provides another inside look at what one fan described as “sensory overload.” That is an accurate representation of the YouTube video. Imagine what it is like in person!

U2’s residency has been a massive hit thus far. And honestly, even if the band doesn’t tickle your jimmies, the visuals alone are worth the cost of admission!
