Comedian Theo Von Gets Up Close And Personal With UFC Ring Girl

Theo Von has spent most of his life in the spotlight.

The 43-year-old comedian and podcast star got his star as a contestant on MTV’s Road Rules at just 19 years old.

Vonn parlayed that into multiple appearances on The Challenge, which helped kickstart his career.

But it hasn’t always been in easy. Far from it. Vonn struggled from addiction to both drugs and alcohol and talks about his sobriety regularly on his show.

In fact, in one episode of his show he even fielded a call from a struggling alcoholic and offered words of both encouragement and advice.

Thankfully, Von is now sober for close to 20 years and he’s back in the spotlight. Von’s popularity has taken off in recent years and it was abundantly clear during his appearance Saturday at UFC 291 in Salt Lake City.

Von stat ringside at the show alongside fellow stars Johnny Knoxville and David Spade. But between fights he also took a little time to spit some game to a UFC ring girl.

Which ring girl exactly Von was talking to is hard to say. The video clip doesn’t appear to show the girl’s face. But either way, it’s clear Von has some pretty fantastic take.

Von’s fans also fully supported him in the venture.

“It’s amazing and it’s scary because you don’t have control. I’m grateful for it, but at the same time, it’s very lawless in that world. People can make whatever they want,” Von recently told Rolling Stone Magazine about his growing fame on social media.

But Von insists he appreciates the relationships he’s built with listeners.

I’ve always craved authenticity,” he said. “A lot of people call into the show to share something serious that’s going on with them. I like real.”

It appears those aren’t the only relationships he’s trying to build.
