Michael Kratsios, the Science Advisor to President Donald Trump and director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, claimed this week that the United States can “manipulate time and space.” Naturally, such a bold and bizarre statement from a government official sent conspiracy theorists into overdrive.

Kratsios made this claim while speaking at the Endless Frontiers retreat, an event that says it is “focused on rebuilding the foundations of American strength at a time of geopolitical and technological upheaval.”

“As the nation approached its bicentennial, Americans looked forward to electricity too cheap to meter,” Michael Kratsios told the audience. “By the end of 1972, 30 nuclear plants were operational, 55 were under construction, and more than 80 were planned or ordered. That same year, the Apollo 17 astronauts became the 11th and 12th men to walk on the Moon. Five years before, the X-15 rocket plane had set a speed record for a crewed aircraft of Mach 6.7. America was flying higher, faster, and farther than ever before.

“Today, however, energy prices still burden producers and consumers alike, and the grid remains precarious. Over the past 30 years only three commercial nuclear reactors have been built and 10 have been closed. Despite spending almost twice as much on healthcare as peer nations, we have the lowest life expectancy. Apollo 17’s steps on the lunar surface have proved mankind’s last. The X-15’s record still stands, and the Concorde was decommissioned more than two decades ago. Our passenger planes are slower than they used to be. Our trains crawl compared to those in other parts of the world. Our cars do not fly.

“Advances have not stopped, but something has gone wrong. Stagnation was a choice. We have weighed down our builders and innovators. The well-intentioned regulatory regime of the 1970s became an ever-tightening ratchet. First hampering our abilities to become a net energy exporter and then make it harder and harder to build.

“We seem to have lost focus and vision, to have lowered our sights and let systems and structures and bureaucracies muddle us along,” Kratsios continued. “But we are capable of so much more. Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space. They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity.”

Wait, what?

Hold on… a whistleblower claimed in 2023 that he has knowledge of a crashed UFO recovered by the United States military that “distorted space-time.” Later that same year, Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett claimed the United States government has alien tech in its possession and that it is currently being reverse-engineered.

Heck, in 2020, the official newspaper of North Korea supposedly debunked Kim Jong Un’s claim that he had tech that would bend space and time. Were they trying to walk back the truth? Many people on social media think that might just be the case after what Michael Kratsios said.

“It is true, and has been true since the days of the Philadelphia Experiment (1940ies), which itself is only a rediscovery of more ancient knowledge and tech,” someone on Reddit wrote. “But, it is weird to hear him blurt it out. Sometimes the breakaway civilization likes to share the truth with the public as they think it absolves them from the karma of withholding the truth from the public ie., they can point at these examples and say… we told the public, it’s not our fault they didn’t believe us. Perhaps that’s what is going on here – but the point is, it will be explained away based on what is considered acceptable knowledge.”

Several others pointed to Kratsios’ body language after he made the claim.

“Interesting brow wipe after the ‘…time and space’ quote. Disclosing hidden capabilities isn’t easy,” read one of those comments on X (Twitter). “Wiping one’s brow or rubbing the forehead can indicate anxiety or stress. It may be a subconscious way to manage discomfort or frustration.”

The truth is out there people. The truth is out there.
