Waring really, really believes in aliens. The alien truther has a new conspiracy theory that he discovered an alien base on the moon and that NASA is attempting to censor him to hide the truth.
In 2013, Waring claims that he found an alien base located on the surface of the moon. He claims that the base is located in the Arstarchus Crater, a 10,000-feet crater on the Aristarchus plateau that was created by an asteroid or comet slamming into the moon.

In an image captured by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera (LROC) on November 10, 2011, Waring claims that there is an “incredible structure,” a “round dome” that connects with “three other connecting structures.”
Waring alleges that NASA purposely deletes content that exposes alien revelations. “Now I wanted to check an old discovery of mine back from 2013-14 to see if it was still there,” Waring wrote on his blog. “You see, NASA has deleted about 50% of my discoveries from their archives.”
The conspiracy theorist contest that Google is involved with wiping any proof of the existence of aliens off the internet. “Google Map has deleted about 80% of my discoveries from their maps,” Waring said.
Waring has numerous videos about finding proof that ancient civilizations lived on the moon. Whether these structures are evidence of an alien civilization or just rocks is up for you to decide.
It should be noted that Waring has said that he has found a groundhog, a monkey, and a squirrel happily living on Mars. So keep that in mind when processing these conspiracy theories.
