Girl’s Viral Tweet Perfectly Shows How Guys Approach Social Media Vs. Girls

Inherently, men are a bit more…rigid. Bill Burr hit the nail on the head when he said we “deny our emotions and act like we have answers.” It’s by no fault of our own, out the womb we’re just expected to be able to fix a tire and whittle a coffee table. It’s daunting. And this macho man persona we feel obligated to uphold can leak into our love lives. Why do you think Valentine’s Day is the biggest day of the year for breakups? Because we, as a male species, will find a way to fuck it up and under deliver.

A microcosm for the male and female emotional gap comes courtesy of Twitter user “Bellafornia,” who went to a USC football game with her beau and had a different outlook on the experience…

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
