Whats New On HBO Max In July

Warner Bros

We truly are living in the golden age of television, aren’t we? There are more good shows and movies available now than ever before in history. And it’s all thanks to our favorite online streaming services.

Speaking of our favorite online streaming services, here’s what’s new for the month of July 2021 on HBO and HBO Max.

July is the time to get your squad together to watch the Tunes play the Goons in Space Jam: A New Legacy. In the film, LeBron James goes on an epic adventure alongside Bugs Bunny and the Tune Squad in this animated/live-action event. It’s a manic mashup of two worlds that reveals just how far some parents will go to connect with their kids.

July also brings the Warner Bros. Pictures crime drama No Sudden Move from director Steven Soderbergh to HBO Max. Originals debuting in the month include Gossip Girl, an extension of the pop culture classic that takes us back to the Upper East Side, finding a new generation of New York private school teens being introduced to social surveillance.

Documentary series 100 Foot Wave, limited series The White Lotus, a social satire set at an exclusive Hawaiian resort; reality dating series FBOY Island; the premiere of Tom and Jerry in New York and the season two premiere of The Dog House: UK also premiere on HBO Max in July. The season one part two finale of Genera+ion, season two finale of Full Bloom, and season two finale of Betty will also be available to stream in the month.

HBO Max documentary series Through Our Eyes also debuts, showcasing the perspectives of children as they experience challenging issues facing families today including homelessness, parental incarceration, military caregiving, and climate displacement.

Judas and the Black Messiah returns to HBO Max, alongside the film Tom & Jerry.
