This 5-Year-Old Math Genius Is A Human Calculator, Could Be The Next Will Hunting

Admittedly, I had very low expectations for this. The only reason I started watching was because Steven Harvey is lighting in a bottle. The dude could make an interview with Brendan Dassey electrifying. And more often than not, these ‘kids being cute’ segments are gimmicky and are made for your aunt to incessantly share on Facebook. Yo aunt, shut up.

But, this is incredible. This kid isn’t just a kid genius, he’s like a grown ass man genius. Only a matter of time before this youngin’ gets a job as a janitor at MIT and finishes advanced applied math equations on the chalk board and then lies about it.

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
