Chrissy Teigen just dropped a pretty major announcement on Instagram to each and every one of her 3.3 million followers: she and John Legend are expecting their first baby. The former BroBible ‘Ask A Babe‘ blogger turned SI Swimsuit model/social media maven made the announcement on Instagram just a few moments ago, and went on to discuss how she and husband John Legend have been trying for quite some time. She says it so matter of factly, like ‘you all knew that John and I were trying out absolute hardest, having sex around the clock, because we wanted a mini me running around our house.’ It’s hard to not like them as a couple and it’s going to be even harder to not like whatever child they bring into the world.
Chrissy Teigen is pregnant, John Legend is going to be a father:
I can’t really say that I’ve been following Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s lives super closely, certainly not as closely as some of my colleagues do. But I keep up with them enough to know that this means we’re doing to be seeing 24/7/365 pregger pics on Instagram for the remainder of her pregnancy.
I’ve actually been wondering for a few weeks now what sort of event it would take to get the gossip blogs to stop talking about Taylor Swift’s really, really, ridiculously long ‘1989’ tour, and I think this is it. I expect that by the time you flip on your TV tomorrow morning to the TODAY Show or GMA they’ll have a ‘Chrissy Teigen Pregnancy Watch’ ticker running at the bottom of the screen…But I could be wrong about that.
