Feel Ancient By Watching A New Hanson Music Video That Has Their Kids In It

Today in “News That Will Make You Feel Older Than Melisandre From Game Of Thrones,” Hanson, you know, the “MMMbop” people, have a new song out and it has their kids in the music video.

The Hanson brothers released a new song called “I Was Born” and it features 11 of their 12 collective kids in the video.

When “MMMbop” took over the planet in 1997, the Hanson brothers Isaac, Taylor, and Zachary were 16, 14 and 11, respectively. Now their kids are in music videos. This is so weird.

“The video is about celebrating the dreams that we all have and the pure optimism of the human spirit,” Taylor Hanson told NPR. “And what better way to show that optimistic view of the world than through the eyes of children? For 25 years, we have been able to live out what we feel we were ‘born to do,’ and this song brings that message full circle.”

The kicker is that it’s a more than halfway decent song.

If “I Was Born” doesn’t fulfill all of your Hanson desires, you can check out Hanson play “MMMbop” to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
