Will Ferrell Broke Out His George W. Bush Impression To Roast Donald Trump

Will Ferrell made a surprise appearance on Samantha Bee’s ‘Not The White House Correspondents’ Dinner’ special, and he showed up to reprise his impression of President George W. Bush. Eons before Alec Baldwin’s career was resurrected by his Donald Trump impression on Saturday Night Live we all laughed at Will Ferrell‘s rendition of George W. Bush.

Will Ferrell’s impression was by no means the first great impression of a sitting President, but it’s arguably the best there ever was. Personally, I think it’s a hell of a lot funnier than Alec Baldwin’s impression of Trump but I’m sure there are many out there who think otherwise.

I wish I could comment on whether or not this type of cameo is normal for Full Frontal with Samantha Bee. I haven’t actually gotten around to watching a full episode of Full Frontal yet, which is odd because I still watch Conan weekly and that comes on immediately after Samantha’s show. Anyways, it’s nice to see Will Ferrell slipping right back into the role of Presidential Roast Master.

Interestingly, during a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, President George W. Bush addressed which was his all-time favorite impression of himself and it was not Will Ferrell, but another comedian.
