Diddy Is Being Sued By His Ex-Personal Chef For Allegedly Making Her Serve Him Food While He Was Having Sex

A woman who used to work as a chef for Diddy is suing her former employer for sexual harassment after she was “regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to prepare and serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while Mr. Combs and/or his guests were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.”

Cindy Rueda was hired by Diddy in January of 2015 as a part-time chef but was soon promoted to a full-time role which required her to travel with the rapper/producer, sometimes for weeks at a time.

According to PEOPLE, Rueda claims that on some occasions she would enter the room to find “Mr. Combs was naked and [he] made comments about his body” and asked Rueda if “she was attracted to or liked his naked body.”

Rueda claims that another time ,one of Diddy’s friends approached her in the kitchen while he was completely naked and  and asked her to look at his hog.

Rueda claims she complained to Stacy Friend, the estate director for Combs’ estate, about the work conditions but as a result, was set up by another staffer to make it look like she’d stolen one of his watches. She was then fired, but with a caveat– if she signed an exit agreement waiving all rights to sue Diddy, she wouldn’t be prosecuted for stealing the watch. She refused to sign for something she allegedly did not do, and was fired.

Rueda is suing for sexual harassment, hostile work environment and several other workplace-related claims.

Diddy’s rep tells TMZ, “This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
