I suppose that since earlier today I shared the insane diet that New England Patriots legend Tom Brady adheres to on a daily basis it only makes sense to follow that up with the almost as insane workout regimen that the number one Patriots fan Mark Wahlberg utilizes to stay in shape.
As we have seen over the years, Mark Wahlberg, well-chronicled Air Jordan aficionado, at age 46, is in better shape than, well, almost everyone. Now, thanks to a workout video he posted to his Instagram account we know why. Bro works out like a freaking beast.
And as if walking us through what appears to be his upper body/chest day, dude also manages to somehow still promote his TV show Wahlburgers. I’m starting to think that Wahlberg is just a smaller version of The Rock when it comes to multi-tasking and self-promotion. After all, it was Wahlberg who overtook DJ as the top man at the box office this year.
