Casa Dragones Blanco Tequila (MSRP $70)
This complex tequila offers no shortage of intriguing pungencies such as happy agave flavor, bright citrus such as grapefruit, and spicy pepper. This small-batch Mexican tequila is a blanco, yet is sophisticated enough to be a sipping spirit.
Kástra Elión (MSRP $55)
When you think of vodka, Greece isn’t one of the first places you think of. And when you think of vodka, olives aren’t one of the first ingredients you think of. Kástra Elión is a family-owned vodka in Greece. This premium artisan-crafted vodka is curated grains, natural spring water from crystalline rock, and olives from the groves in Nafpaktos. This Mediterranean vodka is perfect for martinis, but smooth enough to sip by itself.
El Tesoro Tequila (MSRP $48)
El Tesoro is a coveted tequila made from blue weber agave in the mineral-rich Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves cook for three days in a traditional brick oven known as a horno, then they are crushed by a two-ton tahona stone. The wonderful flavor of the blanco tequila is bright and sweet, but goes down a little too smooth.
On The Rocks Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita ($12)
If you’re taking the NYE party home this year and you’re not exactly a fancy mixologist, may we suggest the Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita by On The Rocks. Isle of Fiji Rum (MSRP $25)
It’s cold out there. Why not instantly transport your tastebuds to the tropics with the soothing flavors of molasses, banana, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, vanilla, and hints of coconut. Mix with your favorite fruit juice or enjoy this rum all by itself.
Camarena Tequila Silver (MSRP $19)
