You’ve heard of the names Bulleit Bourbon, Jim Beam, Basil Hayden, and Booker’s. But what if I told you Rabbit Hole Bourbon is an incredible bourbon from the great state of Kentucky? This beautiful bourbon is a delectable spirit boasts flavors of vanilla bean and the sweetness of caramel or butterscotch. This beautiful spirit is made of a mash bill of 70 percent corn, 10 percent malted wheat, 10 percent honey malted barley, and 10 percent malted barley. Despite this wonderful spirit being 95 Proof and 47.5% ABV it is surprisingly smooth and comes in at a value price.
Full disclosure, one of my favorite tequilas is Casa Noble. So when I heard that a new100% Blue Weber agave tequila was being made at the La Cofradia distillery which also produces Casa Noble, I was more excited than a kid on Christmas morning. The Constellation brand which produces Casa Noble now also creates Mi Campo. This impressive spirit starts with 100% blue weber agave that is at least seven years old and then aged in French oak Napa Valley wine barrels. There is no aftertaste or bad bite found in cheaper tequilas. This is a delightful luxury tequila at a very reasonable price. This is one of the best tequilas at the $20-$25 price point.
