The simple design begins with hand-forged steel that’s made into two sections. The first arm is crafted with an 8mm round bar that includes a hook and notches along the top to hold utensils, while the second is a 6mm round bar with 3mm steel mesh to serve as the tray.
The mesh tray has a cooking surface of 16cm x 20cm and is strong enough to hold a small frying pan, however, you can just throw your meats over the mesh and cook directly above a fire for a traditional BBQ taste.
What’s awesome is you can break down the entire set and throw it in a carrying bag to take it with you on your travels (you can purchase a carrying bag separately from TJM that’s specifically made for the cooking set).
