Roxana Vancea is that hot Romanian weather girl who, as I’m sure you already know from reading the title, had an “unfortunate” incident where her boobs popped out of her shirt on live television. Apparently it’s happened more than once and her Instagram is pretty hot too according to our own Douglas Charles, but did you know that she’s started posting workout videos onto her Facebook?
