Kate Hudson seems like a pretty fun mom.
Once you reach a certain age you come to realize that a sizable portion of your potential dating pool is women who have children. I’m not sure what age it is that this realization sets in, but it happens. If it hasn’t happened to you yet, and you’re single, it will. It’s just a fact of life.
So when you set out to hook up with a lady and she’s got a kid you’d kind of hope that she’s not only pretty, smart and fun, but that she’s also a cool mom. And no, I don’t mean THIS kind of cool mom, but one who likes to have fun with her kids while still being an authority figure.
Kate Hudson was already pushing deep into that cool mom chick we’d really like to date during last football season when prepped for the Golden Globes looking like a hot minx in some low-rise jeans while watching the Broncos during the playoffs. And she’s definitely got the HOT mom thing down. But now this past weekend, not only was she chilling on a pontoon (not a yacht) drinking wine (twist off top, yo) and jamming her face with cheese puffs while watching football she was also acting the fool with her kid jumping off the boat.
Yes, I think she’s officially moved into the top slot of hot, cool moms we’d like to…uh…date, but sadly will never, ever get the chance to. Still, it’s good to have goals, right? I mean she is single now.
