Lindsey Pelas is really, really good at Halloween.
I knew there would be a lot of good Halloween costumes this year because there always is, but Lindsey Pelas was one of the few people that I was really looking forward to seeing this year. I figured there was no way her costume would be one of the most memorable of 2015 and she did NOT disappoint.
I don’t think this is a standard issue uniform for police in any city that I have ever visited. Then again I don’t think Lindsey Pelas is “standard” in anything she does.
