The hacktivist group Anonymous released a video that warns of World War III breaking out because of the tense situation in North Korea.
The six-minute video featuring a man wearing the familiar Guy Fawkes mask warns of an impending global conflict between the U.S., China, and Russia as well as their allies in the region over the Korean Peninsula.
The video by the hacker organization points out several developments hinting that multiple nations are slowly marching towards World War 3.
The U.S. launched an intercontinental ballistic missile that is capable of carrying a nuclear warhead and had it land in Kim Jong Un’s neighborhood.
China told their citizens who are living in North Korea to return home.
North Korea launched ballistic missiles that crashed into the Sea of Japan.
Last week, North Korea threatened Japan with nuclear war.
“In case of a nuclear war on the peninsula, Japan that houses logistic bases, launching bases and sortie bases of the U.S. forces will be put under radioactive clouds before any country,” said state-run Rodong Sinmun newspaper.
Japan informed their citizens that they will only have 10 minutes warning to prepare for a North Korean nuclear warhead headed to the island nation.
U.S. troops participated in joint military drills in Australia.
Pyongyang promised to attack Australia with nuclear missiles if they continued to align themselves with America.
A spokesman for the North Korean Foreign Ministry warned Bishop to “think twice about the consequences to be entailed by her reckless tongue-lashing before flattering the U.S.”
“The present Government of Australia is blindly and zealously toeing the U.S. line,” the spokesperson said. Also accusing Australia of “spouting a string of rubbish.”
“If Australia persists in following the United States’ moves to isolate and stifle North Korea … this will be a suicidal act of coming within the range of the nuclear strike of the strategic force of North Korea.”
The video states that China doesn’t want North Korea to give up their nuclear weapons because it keeps the United States on their toes and forces them to spread their military assets.
President Donald Trump said, “here’s a chance that we could end up having a major, major conflict with North Korea. Absolutely.”
China is still upset with the United States for deploying the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) anti-ballistic missile system in South Korea.
The video also mentioned that President Donald Trump spoke to Chinese President Xi Jinping and they may have made progress. China, which has the most influence over Pyongyang, seems to have gotten tired of North Korea’s shenanigans.
However, this may swing open the door for Russia to be North Korea’s biggest ally and stage a showdown between the three biggest world superpowers.
Anonymous believes that if World War III erupts that it will not be drawn out like the Iraq or Afghanistan Wars, but rather it will be quick, decisive, and extremely devastating in terms of human life, the environment, and with the global economy.
So if you’ve got important plans or have a crush on a girl, it’s probably best to act on them now before WW3.
