Bro Runs Almost Every Day For 11 Months And Has The Transformation Photos To Show That Cardio Isn’t For Wussies

Reddit Notmyfbname once weighed 242.5 pounds at only 5’10”, putting him into the “obese” category on the BMI scale with a rating of 36.2. Rather than wipe his tears away with a cheeseburger, Notmyfbname decided to take up running.

Most people (myself included) hate running – but rather than focus on how shitty he may have been feeling while doing laps around the block, Notmyfbname explains his motivation was being able to fit into new clothes. “During this period the prime motivation was I could fit in clothes/sizes I never imagined I can. And getting into shape felt like the easiest thing to do. I JUST HAVE TO RUN” he writes in his post.

You just have to run.

Not a bad mantra to start out with, huh?

As for his diet and exercise, Notmyfbname started out eating 1600 calories a day, then gradually upped it up to 2400:

If you’re reading this, wanting to start to get into shape on your own but don’t know where to start, just remember that Notmyfbname used to look like this:

But after putting in the hard work and effort, he now looks like this:
