The average person eats somewhere between 2,500 and 3,000 calories a day.

Superhumans like Eddie “The Beast” Hall and “The Mountain” consume around 10,000 calories a day.

So what would it be like if someone tried to eat 20,000 calories in a single day?

Fitness guru Rob Lipsett decided to try it… for his cheat day… AKA the best cheat day ever.

He starts things out with a very healthy breakfast of a big pile of pastries, doughnuts and maple syrup.
