This Fitness Blogger Challenged Himself To Eat 20,000 Calories In The Best Cheat Day Ever
The average person eats somewhere between 2,500 and 3,000 calories a day.
So what would it be like if someone tried to eat 20,000 calories in a single day?
Fitness guru Rob Lipsett decided to try it… for his cheat day… AKA the best cheat day ever.
He starts things out with a very healthy breakfast of a big pile of pastries, doughnuts and maple syrup.
Next, he grabs a little lunch, and by little I mean a whole mess of food from Burger King.
At that point, after consuming 6,700 calories it was nap time.
