64-Year-Old Grandma Who Has Spent Two Hours In The Gym Every Day For 20 Years Looks Like She’s 25 At MOST

64-year-old Wendy Ida looks goddamn incredible.

In fact, I’d be willing to bet that she looks better than most of the girls you know who are less than even half her age – shit, she looks better than me and I consider myself to be decently in shape.

But if this is what happens when you put in solid effort at the gym every day for almost 20 years, sign me up:

I don’t need the six pack or the bulging quads, I’d just like to avoid the granny FUPA and hunched back most people seem to adopt as they age.

According to Metro, Wendy started going to the gym at age 43 after the end of an abusive relationship left her with low self-esteem. 20 years later she’s reportedly now a top fitness trainer and life coach based out of Los Angeles:

‘I’m 64 and in the best shape of my life,’ she says. ‘When I say how old I am people don’t believe me and want to see my driving licence.

People say I look like I’m in my early thirties. I had someone aged 22 think I was their age.

‘And whenever me and Sky [daughter] are together people mistake us for sisters. It happens so often.’

Wendy now spends her time inspiring others to get fit, regardless of their age. “Do a little exercise and work your way up and don’t take no for an answer” she advises, “I want to be an inspiration to everyone who says, ‘I’m too old and can’t do it.’”
