ISIS is trying so hard to human.
The terror group released a bizarre series of photographs depicting them doing things humans would normally do–fishing, building boats, and diving in the Euphrates River. The pictures are thought to be strategically made public by the group’s media arm to express that ISIS’s blood-thirsty caliphate mission is not above a little rest and relaxation.
It’s as if ISIS wants to say “Hey yo! If you like murdering women and children but also enjoy reeling in striped-bass, welcome aboard! P.S. Call us Kunu.”
For a group who seems to get their kicks from watching the world burn around them, these brochure-esque pictures are comical. There is no way they are having any fun.
