Check Out The Non-Disclosure ‘Sex Contract’ That Charlie Sheen Had Girls Sign Before Sex

The big news heard around the world yesterday was that Charlie Sheen is HIV+. While various porn stars like Lisa Ann and Bree Olson speaking out against Sheen and Sheen even going so far as to say he’s going to “kick this disease’s ass,” it’s come to light that in order to keep his HIV status a secret Sheen had girls to sign a non-disclosure “sex contract” to keep them from spilling the beans about his condition. According to In Touch,

In the legal paperwork, his sexual partners must agree to keep any communication (both written and verbal), personal information and details of their interaction with the actor private or face legal ramifications.

The document forbids anyone who signs the paperwork from disclosing the previously defined “confidential information” to friends, family, social networks, media outlets, publishers, etc. or face legal consequences.

Should someone who signs the agreement fail to follow the aforementioned rules, they must compensate the Two and a Half Men actor with a fine of $100,000 in addition to any money incurred from breaking the agreement.

The document further says that any disagreements between Sheen and whatever girl had signed the document would have to be settled by an arbitrator, stating “By agreeing to arbitration, we are giving up any rights we may have to a trial by judge or jury with regard to the matters which are required to be submitted to mandatory binding arbitration…we understand, acknowledge and agree that there is no right to an appeal or a review of an arbitrator’s award as there would be of a judge or jury’s decision.”
