Donald Trump promised that night one of the Republican National Convention would hit Hillary Clinton hard for her role in the terrorist attack in Benghazi, and so far, that is exactly what happened.
First former Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell spoke, discussing the importance of American military strength.
He was followed by Pat Smith, whose son Sean Smith died in Benghazi, and she delivered an emotional rebuke to Hillary Clinton.
Smith said her son called her the night before, saying he was going to die after security had been pulled from the embassy.
She continued, saying for everything that happened, she blames Hillary Clinton, and that she blames Hillary Clinton ‘personally’ for the loss of her son.
“She lied to me, and then called me a liar,” Smith said, adding that she is still waiting for the real reason her son is dead.
“If Hillary Clinton can’t give us the truth, why should we give her the presidency?” Smith closed with.
