Robert De Niro Says Trump Winning ‘Feels Like 9/11’

Robert De Niro is no fan of Donald Trump. Unfortunately for Mr. De Niro, Donald Trump will be his next President and the actor is not dealing with the election results very well.

In August, De Niro said that Trump “shouldn’t even be where he is, so God help us. What he’s been saying is really totally crazy, ridiculous … he is totally nuts.”

In October, De Niro called Trump “a punk, a dog, a pig, a con, a bullshit artist.”

Now De Niro has some more hot takes on President-elect Trump.

“I feel like I did after 9/11… And we’ll just see what happens. There will be many, many, many, many, many people watching.”

Yes, the same 9/11 terrorist attacks that killed 2,996 people, injured over 6,000 others.

Many have compared the election of Trump on 11/9 to 9/11, a comparison that has the families of the victims of September 11th outraged.

In October De Niro also said he’d “like to punch him in the face.”

The actor has gone back on that threat and when asked if he still wanted to punch President-elect Trump he said, “I can’t do that now. I have to respect the position.”

If De Niro wants to move out of the country like many other celebrities because Trump won the election, he has an offer from Italy.

“If, after the disappointment of Trump’s election, he wants to take refuge here, we would be honored to welcome him,” said Antonio Cerio, the Mayor of Ferrazzano, in the Italian region of Molise.

How will America survive without all these celebrities?
