7-Eleven Employee Is Now The Hardest Bro On The Face Of The Planet After Ripping A Shotgun Out Of Shoplifter’s Hands

I’ve never really been in a life or death situation. One time I saw a guy get shot in a driveby. That’s about as close as I ever got to experiencing a first hand brush with death. And I can’t even say for sure whether or not the dude died. My big meeting with Death and Death didn’t even make it. That being said, I’m pretty sure I’d freeze in one of those situations. You put a gun in my face and I immediately become your bitch. I wouldn’t even consider myself to having a fight or flight mentality because I’ll always choose flight. There’s no way around that. So I have a lot of respect for this dude who literally took the gun out of the hand of a potential shoplifter.

Via Fox News:

“A Maryland convenience store clerk is being hailed a hero after he was caught on camera disarming a would-be robber who pointed a shotgun at his face. In the footage, the clerk at a 7-Eleven in Frederick never flinches as he grabs the barrel of the gun and wrestles it out of the suspect’s hand.

Police obtained information the next day that led them to arrest 18-year-old Ryan Wages and charge him with the robbery attempt, Fox 5 DC reported Saturday. The video was posted on YouTube by the Frederick News Post, which reported that it was recorded at 4 a.m. July 12.

“[The man] pointed it at my employee and started screaming at my employee, screaming in his face, and [my employee] grabbed [the gun] and took it out of the guy’s hands,” store owner Abdul Ayub told the paper.  “And the guy ran out of the store, so now the police have the gun and he didn’t get anything.””

Ruthless. Guy’s got a death wish. He’s like Mel Gibson-level crazy from Lethal Weapon. Guy’s been waiting his entire life for someone to get desperate enough to try and rob his 7-Eleven with a shotgun. Guy’s been practicing the act of disarming random gunmen in his bedroom ever since he got the gig. It was his moment and, you know, he did it. He killed it. It was his moment in the spotlight and he shone brighter than the sun. I hope he got laid that night. He needed a victory lap after a performance like this.
