Foodsaver vacs always seem like those purchases that will LITERALLY SOLVE EVERYTHING, but then you wind up buying them and you stash them in the spot in the cupboard that’s really hard to reach, and it’s just such a pain to pull out, plug in, find the right bag, and operate the daggum thing.
So you just put shit in a half-closed Ziploc and forget about it.
This HACK is just as annoyingly effort-requiring, and let’s be real, you will never use it, but at least now your food won’t be not vacuumed sealed with you wasting any money.
Which is somewhat a win?
