Both The Rock and The Mountain are known for being the epitome of what being physically in shape looks like, but which one has the edge over the other? We already know that The Rock goes through 2.3 pounds of cod a day, but The Mountain puts down a solid 10,000 calories a day spread out over 6-8 meals. Neither is anything to sneeze at, but damn – 10,000 calories? That’s more food than five average people eat, and yet the guy is fit AF and not some sloppy blob with a penchant for carbs.
Then again, is it really fair to compare the two? Not only is The Mountain significantly taller than The Rock (an overwhelming 6’9″ compared to The Rock coming in at 6’5″), but The Mountain also makes part of his living by winning fitness competitions – The Rock, on the other hand, mostly sticks to movies after having exited the WWE. And while The Rock’s muscular build still takes hard work and dedication to maintain, you can’t argue that The Mountain wouldn’t whip his ass when it comes to deadlifting…or lifting anything for that matter.
At the end of the day these two Bros are both prime examples of what truly dedicating yourself to a craft can achieve, but there’s no comparison here – The Mountain compared to The Rock is like comparing, well, a mountain to a rock: that pebble ain’t got shit at the end of the day.
