This Chick Who Was Wanted For A Fatal Hit-And-Run Was Caught Wearing THE SINGLE WORST Disguise In History
On some level I think I can rationalize what this woman was going for with her ‘disguise’. I’m assuming that she was going for the ‘stay hidden in plain sight’ look by changing her appearance so drastically that normal people would just glance past her while trying to avoid eye contact. However, I think what this chick failed to account for is she chose a disguise so outrageous that she became more noticeable than ever before.
With an ‘extensive criminal history’ 36-year-old Tracy Clapp of California was on the lam and wanted by police for a fatal hit-and-run that took the life of a 26-year-old high school drum teacher. She chose to hide from police by dying her hair the brightest color that she could think of AND put a temporary tattoo on her face like Mike Tyson. Here’s the Tracy Clapp ‘before and after’ from a previous mugshot and her most recent mugshot:
I mean, COME ON! Did she seriously think that tattoo would hide her?!?!?
Tracy Clapp, a 36-year-old Santa Ana woman with an extensive criminal history, was nabbed Saturday despite her best efforts to stay incognito.
Alert residents sent cops tips that Clapp was at a home in southeast Santa Ana, the Orange County Register reported.
When officers arrived on scene, Clapp ran outside and climbed in a stolen car.
Police tried to pull her over and eventually the wanted woman fled on foot — before assaulting officers when they confronted her.
Finally, a K-9 unit took down the pink-haired menace and she was transported to a local hospital for treatment of a dog bite.
Cpl. Matt Wharton told reporters that Clapp would be booked for felony hit-and-run, vehicular manslaughter, felony evasion with wanton disregard for public safety and battery of an officer.
I’m quite pleased that this chick was so stupid that she put on the most flamboyant disguise in history and got herself caught. Christopher Chavez’s family deserved justice for his murder and her crimes needed to be answered for.
For what it’s worth, the family of the man killed by Clapp is said to be extremely relieved by her capture, as they’ve been devastated by the loss of 26-year-old Christopher Chavez, a drum teacher at Saddleback High School in California.
