The New NFL Color Rush Helmets For 2017 Have Been Revealed And They Are Just Sexy AF

Say what you will about the NFL’s Color Rush uniforms? They’re garish. They’re loud. They hurt your eyes. All true. However, they are also back for yet another season. Yep, despite the Washington Redskins submitting a proposal to the NFL back in March that would have allowed teams to opt out of wearing the uniforms on Thursday Night Football they are not going anywhere just yet.

The only way a team can get out of wearing them is if the two teams’ uniforms are too similar. That or they just don’t have an actual Color Rush game on the schedule. Those two options ended up in nine teams not wearing the retina-melting gear for a game in 2016.
