Aaron Gordon has been one of the best dunkers in the NBA for quite some time. His mix of power and explosiveness is rare.

Heโ€™s not just a dunker, though. The forward is averaging 17 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists a game for the Denver Nuggets.

He has had some great dunks over the years, though.

Those are some sick dunks by the 6-foot-7 Arizona product.

And, on Christmas Day, he had maybe his best dunk in a game ever.

Aaron Gordon had his ferocious dunk waved off due to a charge

Late in the 4th quarter of the Nuggets-Suns Christmas Day matchup, the Nuggets led by one and needed a late basket.

Aaron Gordon had their answer.

SHEEEEEESH. What a slam. It was called a charge on the floor. But, it was overturned by replay, and thank goodness it was. A dunk that good has to count.

Hereโ€™s another angle on the dunk. This angle is probably even better.

And, people are saying it is the dunk of the year.

Here is another angle.

Poor Landry Shamet.

The Nuggets won in overtime, 128-125.
