So what exactly is going on with Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley?

First, he shocked the NFL world by announcing they were engaged during his MVP speech at the NFL Honors when it hadn’t even been confirmed that they were even dating.

Then they reportedly broke up because Woodley felt Rodgers “put football first.”

She was even spotted out doing some shopping without her engagement ring, so we knew they were dunzo.

Or were they?

On Sunday, Rodgers wrote a cryptic Instagram post (which he says wasn’t cryptic) that expressed gratitude to a bunch of people in his life, including Shailene Woodley.

Two days later, during his appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, fans were sure they heard Shailene Woodley laughing in the background in Rodgers’ home.

One internet sleuth even somehow noticed that the mug Rodgers was drinking out of was the same one Woodley was photographed using way back in May of 2020. (Can you tell there is nothing going on in the sports world these days?)

And now, Page Six discovered a tweet in which someone actually photographed Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley out shopping at a Erewhon Market together.

The kicker? It was taken on the same day fans thought they heard Woodley in the background of Rodgers interview with Pat McAfee.

According to E! News, the person who spotted them said “they came to the cafe for breakfast and just sat outside at a table together.”

Despite all of that evidence, E! News is sticking with their story that Rodgers and Woodley are no longer a couple.

After being engaged for over a year, the two eventually called it off, with a separate source telling E! News why it didn’t work out between them.

“They are two very different people,” the second source explained. “They are both focused on their careers but it took them in separate directions,” they said, adding, “They remain supportive of one another and on good terms.”

Fans, naturally, had many questions and comments upon seeing the photograph.
