Instead of answering questions, Brown allegedly “chanted, over and over, as if a mantra, a narrative of his own warped concept of the proceeding, namely that we should only address his counterclaim.”
The deposition reportedly ended when Brown gave a five-minute countdown and then walked out well before it was scheduled to end.
Acqualina’s legal team is seeking approval for a deposition do-over in which Brown will be assigned a “special master” to ensure he cooperates.
Brown has claimed in legal documents that the luxury apartment complex failed to provide sufficient security to his unit (lol), resulting in the burglary of $80,000 in cash and a gun.
Hopefully the next deposition will not interfere with his studies at Central Michigan.
