The Atlanta Hawks are going viral for their NBA in-season tournament promo.

For the next month, the NBA will have all 30 teams competing in their inaugural in-season, ending with the championship game being played on December 9th.

To promote their in-season tournament, NBA teams have painted newly designed courts and put out promos.

“It’s the beginning of a new tradition in the league, and I’m particularly excited about it… said NBA commissioner Adam Silver during a media interview “I think for this, In-Season Tournament, I mean, I love the marketing around it, I love the excitement we’re starting to see…”

One team has taken marketing the in-season tournament to a different level of absurdity.

On Thursday, the Atlanta Hawks released a bizarre OnlyFans style promo video with their mascot to hype up their upcoming tournament date on Friday.

In their promo, a narrator could be heard saying, “Only Hawks Fans where the real action is” while the Hawks mascot poses in bed.

NBA fans were confused by the bizarre promotion.
