Bad Bunny Throws Twitter Shade At WWE Star Drew McIntyre After WWE Title Loss

After a memorable first night on Saturday, WrestleMania 40 continued Sunday with night two at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.

The second night kicked off with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins defending his title against challenger Drew McIntyre.

But it was neither Rollins nor McIntyre who got the last laugh. Instead, that honor went to rapper Bad Bunny.

Let us explain.

Bad Bunny is a huge WWE fan and even stepped into the ring last year for a match.

Prior to the match, McIntyre had a little social media fun, scheduling a tweet to go out while he was in the ring against Rollins.

McIntyre went on to win the match in what was an emotional moment for all involved. But after the match, he got into a physical altercation with injured star CM Punk, who ended up hitting McIntyre with an elbow brace.

At that point, Money In The Bank briefcase holder Damian Priest ran out and cashed in his opportunity for a championship match.

Priest won the match against a hobbled McIntyre, taking the championship off him just minutes after he won it.

Bad Bunny, it appears, enjoyed the swift twist of fate for McIntyre.

“Hope you had a good shift,” he said, quoting McIntyre’s earlier tweet.

Within minutes the Bad Bunny had thousands of retweets and likes.

Something tells us McIntyre did not, in fact, have a good shift. But Bad Bunny may regret his Twitter fingers next time he steps foot at a WWE show.
