Bill Belichick’s Mic’d Up Reactions To The Patriots Five TDs Sunday Are Hilarious

In last Sunday’s game against the division ‘rival’ Miami Dolphins, Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots put up 35 points on 417 yards, en route to their seventh straight win. The game was so lopsided that the Patriots punted for the first time with 5 minutes left in the third quarter. The Patriots probably will not lose for the rest of the session, as four of their final five games are against dismal AFC East opponents.

Billy B. has gotta be feeling good about where his team’s at, especially after starting the season 2-2 and losing their top receiver for the year in Julian Edelman.

The legendary coach agreed to be mic’d up on the sidelines of the game Sunday and he once again proved that he prefers business over pleasure. Check out his reactions to the Pats five touchdowns. Stone face.

Belichick’s stoic reaction shouldn’t be a surprise, considering former Patriots defensive end Rob Ninkovich revealed that the head coach sleeps at Gillette Stadium about five times a week. Some Patriots report to Gillette Stadium as early as 5:30 in the morning, and authors watch film at the stadium until midnight or 1 am. All of them claim that Belichick is present, working relentlessly.

“You see his work ethic,” former Patriots captain Jerod Mayo says, “and if you try to match it, you might not make it a couple days. He’s always working.”

“At the end of the day,” Mayo says, “you’ll run through a wall for coach Belichick.”
