The Philadelphia Eagles are playing the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl this year. However, Brandon Aiuk of the San Francisco 49ers keeps talking trash.
After making claims that Kansas City will “expose” the Philadelphia defense, Aiyuk is doubling down on his take on the upcoming championship game.
According to SportsCenter, the 49ers wide receiver is extremely confident that the Chiefs will beat the Eagles. So much so, he comes up with a hypothetical bet.

First of all, it’s probably not the best idea for Brandon Aiyuk to even talk about bets considering what happened with Calvin Ridley.
Second, that is a wild thing to say for a guy who has nothing to gain from all of this trash talk.
If the Chiefs win, then Brandon Aiyuk gets to say “I told you so.”
Meanwhile, if the Eagles end up winning the Super Bowl, Aiyuk will be absolutely roasted online. Especially from Philadelphia sports fans who are ruthless.
Is all of this really worth the trouble? If anything, Aiyuk is still incredibly salty about the NFC Championship game and now the Eagles live in his head rent-free.
A part of me kind of wants Philadelphia to win now just to see how many people tweet at Brandon Aiyuk. Eagles fans will surely be petty.
Until then, we just have to wait and see what happens. Maybe we’ll get some more trash talk between the 49ers and the Eagles.
