Brian Harman ended what was an otherwise stellar opening round at the RBC Heritage with back-to-back bogeys, the second of which saw him shoot two-over par.
Fuming as he made his way to speak with the media, he offered little detail on his day before walking away from the podium in hilarious fashion. Harman was NOT happy with the finish!
The frustrating end put a damper on what had been a great start to the tournament.
Harman came out humming on the front nine, landing birdies on No. 1, 6, and 9 to get to three-under on the leaderboard. The hot hand continued with another birdie on the 13th hole before disaster.

The lefty shot one-over at No. 17, bringing his score back down to -3 on the day. He then outdid himself with a double bogey on the 18th green.
Harman immediately made his way to the media tent, though it appeared the last place he wanted to be.
As reporters bounced questions off him, asking about his start, the leadup after The Masters, and that brutal finish, he gave quick, short answers. He was ready to bounce!
The final straw came on his last inquiry when someone in the audience asked him to take everyone through that 18th hole.
“No,” the golfer said before walking off.
This side of pro golf exists! It’s fun to see it.

Brian Harman’s interview lasted just 45 seconds as he said less than 50 words when answering those four questions – with that last ask being the most memorable!
For those wondering where he stormed off to, it was the range.
He was spotted shortly following that media meltdown hitting balls in preparation for Round 2.

The practice paid off as he shot -2 on Friday to climb back up the leaderboard. His close to the second round was much more enjoyable as he birdied two of his last three holes.
